  • Ordering from BSS Partners is easy. Log in to our platform, add the desired products to your shopping cart, and complete the order. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • No, there is no minimum order quantity. You order exactly what you need and do not have to worry about mandatory quantities. We believe in joint growth.

  • On our website, you can see the current stock status per product. If a product is not in stock, please contact your fixed point of contact for the expected delivery time.

  • If a product is not in stock, it may still be possible to order it in some cases, depending on the product and the desired quantities. Please contact your fixed point of contact to discuss the possibilities.

  • An order is usually processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 48 hours.

  • Check if the correct email address is entered in your account details. If you still do not receive the confirmation email, please feel free to contact your fixed point of contact.

  • Once you have placed an order, we unfortunately cannot change it anymore. If you want to add extra products, you can place a new order through the portal. If you have any questions or encounter problems, please feel free to contact your fixed point of contact or our customer service.

  • After you have placed your order, we immediately start processing and assembling it. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel the order. If you experience a problem, please contact your fixed point of contact as soon as possible. We will look for a suitable solution together!
