Do I have to pay for my order in advance?
Yes, orders are paid in advance. Once the payment is received, we immediately start processing and preparing your order. However, we understand that flexibility is important and are happy to look at what is possible together.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods:
iDEAL – Safe and fast payment through your own bank.
Bancontact – Payment via the most commonly used payment method in Belgium.
Bank transfer – please allow for a processing time of 1-2 working days.

Where do I find my invoice?
Your invoice is automatically sent to your provided email address after completing your order. You can also find your invoices in your account under ‘Orders’.

Can I pay for my order afterwards?
Paying afterwards is currently not standard possible. In some cases, depending on the customer relationship and order history, we can offer a customized solution.

What options do I have for delivery?
We offer our partners various delivery methods so you can choose the option that best suits your needs:
Self-pickup – You can pick up your order yourself at our warehouse. This gives you the flexibility to obtain your products directly at a time that suits you best.
Parcel service (small shipments) – For smaller orders or individual products, we send them via a parcel service. This is often the fastest option for sending smaller quantities.
Shipment via pallets (large shipments) – For larger orders or bulk goods, we offer shipment on pallets. This method is ideal for wholesale orders or when you want to receive larger quantities.

How soon can I expect my order?
Delivery times vary depending on the transport company and can be influenced by various factors, such as the destination country, the chosen shipping method, and the size of the order. Additionally, busyness at transport companies or other delays can affect the transport process.

Do you arrange the transport?
With us, you have the choice to arrange your transport yourself or to leave it to us. We offer the possibility to arrange the transport for you, both for pallets and smaller shipments (parcels). When you choose to use our transport services, we work with reliable transport companies to organize the delivery for you.
Please note that the transport costs are at the customer's expense and that the transport is always at your own risk, even when we arrange it for you.

Which transport companies do you work with?
We use various transport companies to ensure that your orders are delivered safely and efficiently:
Pallet shipments: For larger orders and pallet shipments, we work with CTS Group, a reliable partner that guarantees safe and efficient deliveries of larger quantities.
Parcel shipments: For smaller orders and parcel shipments, we work with DHL and PostNL. Both are renowned parcel services known for their fast and safe deliveries.

When are shipping costs charged?
Shipping costs are calculated after your order has been placed and built. These costs depend on various factors, such as the weight of the products, the size of the pallet after assembly, the chosen shipping method (e.g., parcels or pallets), and the destination of the delivery. Is there a possibility of free shipping?
We maintain competitive prices on all our products and therefore choose to keep shipping costs transparent instead of incorporating them into the product prices. This way, you always pay a fair price, without hidden costs.
